Visual Merchandising Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing in-store visual merchandising and display concepts
• Arrange mannequins, window displays, and product placements based on brand guidelines
• Ensure store displays are visually appealing, organized, and trend-aligned
• Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Monitor stock levels on the sales floor and coordinate replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and proper lighting of display areas
• Work closely with Store Manager and Sales Team to drive sales through visuals
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs to ensure VM standards are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year retail or visual merchandising experience (fashion retail preferred)
• Strong creativity with good sense of style, trends, and color coordination
