About the job
The Visual Merchandising Expert is responsible for implementing and maintaining Swarovski’s visual merchandising guidelines to ensure that store layouts, displays, and product presentations reflect the brand image and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging window and in-store displays that tell a story, attract customers, and highlight the beauty and craftsmanship of Swarovski products.
Ensure that all visual elements are consistent with the brand’s seasonal and global visual merchandising themes.
Collaborate closely with store management and sales teams to develop and execute store-specific visual merchandising strategies.
Train and coach store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques, ensuring consistent execution across all locations.
Oversee product placement and inventory organization to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
