What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance product visibility and support sales objectives.
• Oversee window displays, in-store layouts, mannequin styling, and seasonal concepts for all Giordano stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are consistently met and aligned with global brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Store Teams to plan product launches, promotional displays, and store arrangements.
• Train and guide store staff on visual standards, product presentation, and merchandising execution.
