Visual Presentations and Communications Advisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the production of presentations for advisors, clients and plan members, in collaboration with various partners (business development and operations sectors)
• Work with communications writers and project managers to develop visual brand messaging for plan members, brokers/consultants and clients
• Apply accessibility guidelines to communications and brochures
• Compile and integrate the comments of various collaborators and perform quality control on the final communication/presentation
• Prioritize, plan and coordinate the various presentations and communications projects
• Make sure the mandate parameters are understood and that deadlines are always met
• Demonstrate creativity in applying corporate graphic standards
