About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vitality Program, Specialist. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for supporting new Vitality program initiatives, ideas and enhancement, ensuring the program continues to offer attractive health and wellness propositions to our Vitality members. Additionally, the incumbent will support the program operation within targeted budget and financially sustainable, including but not limited to reviewing Vitality insurance benefits and integration methods to attract more new customers and product purchase.

Vitality Program Management & Pricing

Assist in developing AIA's wellness propositions through enhancing the Vitality program.

Evaluate new program changes/ enhancement on financial feasibility and group guidelines.
