VME Stamping Engineer

+ Liaise with VME Team, vehicle operations, engineering teams and suppliers.
+ Lead the Stamping Single Panel feasibility process following the required metrics and timings for each loop
+ Develop 2D/3D Stamping Process
+ Raise Purchase Orders etc. as required for Tooling and Facilities.
+ Lead Die Design Reviews, tooling reviews and buyoff activities.
+ Ensuring all tools being developed to reach maximum SPM (ECR) overcoming all possible interference that can be found.
+ Support during launch phase to ensure Engineered Cycle Rate (ECR) achieved prior production handover.
+ Compile and report LQOS (Launch Quality Operating System) metrics + attend all launch meeting cadences
+ Buy off tooling at supplier site, ensure timely in plant delivery timing allowing for robust launch and early PSW completion knowledge of FMEA/PFMEA methodologies and their application
+ Assist all Launch and Sheet Metal quality activities.
