Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Activities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workshop team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of workshop equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that all workshop activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor the quality of work produced in the workshop, ensuring it meets the company's standards.
• Develop and implement workshop schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workshop staff as needed.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for workshop staff.

Inventory & Purchasing Management:
