VMware Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the routine maintenance of servers and applications in the company’s data center. This maintenance includes, but is not limited to the following core areas
• Monitoring
• Performance Optimization
• Trouble shooting issues and
• Regular Backups
• Security related to Server infra.
• Create New VMs and its related management activities
• Implement and manage containers and infra related to it
• Provide support to users (business users as well as other IT team members) on usage of the company’s systems.
• Participate in new technology evaluation and prototyping exercises.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new hardware and applications at any Asian Paints Location
• 100% uptime of IT infrastructure at Datacenter & other sites using upgrades & regular maintenance activity as needed
