Voice And Sbc Specialist Engineer

We are currently searching for a **Voice and SBC Specialist Engineer**:**Responsibilities**:- **Manage and support Session Border Controller (SBC) technologies** (e.g., Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, Cisco).
- Administer and maintain telephone exchange systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco).
- **Lead SBC service migrations,** including upgrades and platform transitions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize voice communication systems.
**Requirements**:- **Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SBC technologies** (Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, or Cisco).
- **3+ years of experience administering telephony systems**(Avaya, Cisco, or similar).
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and database management.
- Experience with SBC service migrations (upgrades, platform changes).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
