Voice Recording Project - Singapore English/Mandarin

We’re recruiting native speakers of Singaporean English and Singaporean Mandarin for a short-term, paid audio collection project for the financial industry.

You’ll simulate realistic bank call centre conversations using provided scripts, helping AI better understand natural, local speech.

Requirements

What will I be doing?

• Simulate bank call centre conversations by calling a designated IVR number
• Record single-speaker audio calls based on provided scripts
• Lightly adapt script wording to sound natural and locally appropriate
• Include natural speech elements (fillers, pauses, emotion)
• Use English–Mandarin code-switching where relevant
• Record in a quiet environment with minimal background noise
