Job Description
I. JOB SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Line Leader, the Voice Service Associate 1 (VSA 1) is responsible for obtaining and verifying information from clients, vendors, business partners, or sales leads through calls and emails in accordance with the client's quality requirements and specifications.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Obtains and verifies information received from client through calls and emails to check accuracy and completeness of gathered data. 2. Inputs validated data in client-supplied application in accordance with project specifications. 3. Conducts follow up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed within specified turn around time. 4. Raises queries for any unclear instructions and informs immediate superior of any discrepancies and problems encountered while doing the assigned task to make certain that all deliverables are completed accurately and properly. 5.
