Position Summary Reporting to the Manager, Music School, the Voice/Choir Teacher is responsible for providing music education to children and youth primarily from the Regent Park, Moss Park and South Cabbagetown community.

Responsibilities Provide an enjoyable and educational experience for children encourage and adequately prepare students to participate in Dixon Hall recitals or concerts, competitions, and festivals, if appropriate.

Monitor student’s progress and adjust teaching methods and materials when necessary.

Communicate with parents on a regular basis.
