Void Empty Homes Coordinator

We’re seeking a proactive Void Empty Homes Coordinator to join our team! You will provide a friendly, customer-focused service within our Empty Homes programme, guiding properties from handover to re-let. Working closely with customers, colleagues and partners, you’ll coordinate repairs, manage queries with empathy and help reduce turnaround times through clear communication and strong organisation.
