Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a VoIP Engineer. The VoIP Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Voice over IP (VoIP) systems. Daily tasks may include troubleshooting network and telephony systems, providing technical support to address issues, and ensuring system performance and reliability. The role also involves configuring VoIP infrastructure and collaborating with other technical teams to optimize network and telephony systems.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Voice over IP (VoIP) and Telephony systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex network and telecommunication issues
Experience in Networking and understanding of routing, switching, and protocols
Background in Technical Support with a focus on telephony and VoIP-related issues
