JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled VoIP Implementation Engineer to join our team and assist new customers in successfully deploying and going live with their phone systems. You will guide clients through technical setup, provisioning devices, and configuring PBX systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role requires hands-on expertise in VoIP technologies, network troubleshooting, and customer-focused communication. Can render 2 to 4 hours per day (US time), Monday to Friday.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Onboarding & Deployment
Guide new customers through VoIP setup and deployment processes.
- Assess network readiness including router access, SIP ALG, firewall and port configuration, QoS settings, and speed tests.
- Assist with installation and provisioning of desk phones and BYOD devices.
Validate inbound, outbound, and internal calling functionality.
