Volunteer August 2026 Continued Traineeship Application: All Programs

Thank you for your interest in continuing your traineeship here at Maple Counseling
This application is only open to current August trainees. 
On August 29, 2026 your current agreement with Maple ends.   Now is the time to let us know if you would like to train at Maple for another year.  You may request to continue in your current program, or apply for a full second year in a different program.  You may also request an extension of less than one year in your current program.  Extensions of less than one year are considered on a space available basis only.

Continuing at Maple will likely mean a change of group supervisor and a supervision group held on a different day or time.
