Volunteer Development

Job summary:

• Primarily responsible for (1) coordinating with Tzu Chi Taiwan headquarters (HQ) for the submission of required reports and collaboration activities between Taiwan and Philippine operations, and for (2) contributing to the support and logistics needed by volunteers based in the Philippines to ensure that volunteer-led projects are successfully implemented.

Main duties & responsibilities:

1. Coordination with Taiwan HQ

• Submits accomplishment and progress reports needed by Taiwan HQ, written in Mandarin, in relation to relief operations, especially large-scale disaster response activities, and rehabilitation projects.
• Prepares presentations and reports of volunteer activities for submission to Taiwan HQ.
• Coordinates with Tzu Chi hospitals in Taiwan, including related TIMA concerns.
