CHANGE A YOUNG PERSONS LIFE

We support young people from 11 - 24, with a wide range of needs primarily those below. All our young people are experiencing at least one of these needs, however most experience multiple needs which compounds the level of risk they face.

• At Risk of / Involved in Offending Behaviour
• Care Experienced
• At Risk of / Experiencing Exploitation
• Mental Health
