For Purpose Aged Care understands the significant value of volunteers and the great benefit they bring to our residents. We welcome the application of any person (regardless of age, background or gender) to complement the wonderful care and attention we offer.

Why volunteer?

Volunteering in aged care can be an extremely rewarding and valuable experience. While many residents might otherwise miss out on contact with people within the local community, volunteers provide this important link offering both companionship and casual, friendly communication. Volunteers get to share in first-hand personal stories and experiences from our resident’s past while adding a new brightness to their present.

Who should volunteer?

Anyone. You don’t need experience or any special skill, simply a willingness to join in activities and an interest in having a chat.
