Volunteer Training & Development Officer

Citizens Advice Sefton is looking for a Training & Support Officer to develop volunteers and ensure high-quality advice services. You will provide training, coaching, and feedback, supporting volunteers and directly advising clients as necessary.

The ideal candidate has experience in training and mentoring, especially with the public or vulnerable groups, along with strong communication skills and commitment to excellence.
