Volvo Service Manager

Job Introduction                 

We are currently recruiting for a high achieving Service Manager for our Volvo Dealership based in Worcester.

Benefits include an OTE of £60,000 + and use of a company car, the hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm as well as working Saturday's on a rota basis.

The aim is to deliver and exceed customer expectation and satisfaction, customer care is paramount within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best aftersales experience.

To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
To ensure that all manufacturers policies and procedure are adhered
