Job Description
Deliver vital nursing services as a Registered Practical Nurse with VON Canada in a visiting nursing program. This position is designed for those who thrive in community health settings.
As a casual Registered Practical Nurse, you are entrusted with providing comprehensive care management and facilitating rehabilitation activities for clients in their homes. Core responsibilities include performing assessments, documenting care, and assessing responses to nursing interventions. You will work collaboratively with families and healthcare teams to ensure effective, client-centered care.
