OVERVIEW

ISS STOXX is hiring for a Vote Execution Analyst , who will monitor the proxy flow of our clients to ensure that their votes are submitted downstream accurately and efficiently. The Vote Execution Analysts work with clients, internal operations teams, and external proxy distributors in order to achieve this mission. The role serves as an escalation point for clients for any proxy related issues that arise and also monitor internal voting applications to ensure that all systems are functioning correctly. Analysts monitor a number of daily and monthly reports in order to identify and resolve potential issues and continually work to create new or improve existing processes. Analysts also work with internal and external groups to improve application functionality, operational efficiency, and communication between all involved parties with regards to the proxy voting process.
