Job Overview
This client-facing role will be accountable for leading continued growth of IQVIA's Biotech Solutions in APAC as well as overseeing operational success of global study programs and working closely with other members of IQVIA APAC's senior leadership team to further innovate delivery models focused on speed, quality and consistency.
The primary responsibility for this role (>60% of time) will involve leadership of IQVIA's APAC Biotech Solutions. This includes:
Regional accountability in driving engagements with new emerging biotech (EBP) customers across the APAC region and maintaining and expanding existing EBP customer relationships as the senior point of contact for new opportunities and customer management.
Oversee the APAC IQVIA Biotech project leadership teams for successful project and program delivery, as reflected in completed contractual delivery, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
