Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the Customer Lifecycle Management(CLCM) Forum and act as a deputy for the Head of CLCM when required.
  • Manage the Customer Operating Plan (COP) and oversee performance metrics and forecasting.
  • Lead agile, cross-functional teams to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics to recommend business priorities and improve portfolio profitability.
  • Balance and prioritize resources across data, analytics, and digital teams to meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • 8 to 10 years in business management (distribution, performance, or customer management) specifically within the insurance industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, distribution models, digital platforms (CRMs/marketing automation), and customer segmentation.
