Job Description
The VP Client Lead (CRM) will provide strategic oversight and direction on all client marketing activities for a group of accounts and help drive business growth by unlocking client’s business opportunities. The VP Client Lead (CRM) will lead a team and be accountable for the realization of a major client. They are the key contact to senior clients and are responsible for all day-to-day operations and integration between the various Publicis divisions. The entire agency team, including the client services, creative, production and development departments, will rely on the VP Client Lead’s expertise and leadership throughout projects to assure appropriate distribution of resources, fluid communication, meeting deadlines and achieving clients’ business objectives and KPIs.
