VP Compliance, Alternative Asset Manager - WilsonHCG Singapore Pte. Ltd.

A leading alternative investments firm is looking to hire VP Compliance to report to Asia Chief Compliance Officer.

• Preparing MAS filings for the entities
• To manage the relationship with local regulatory bodies and auditors.
• Assisting with the oversight and continuing the implementation of compliance programmes
• Staff personal dealing in financial instruments.
• Staff conflict of interest situations.
• To provide compliance opinion/risk assessment on KYC files and PEP/Sanctions alerts requiring an intervention.

Bachelor with 10 to 15 years of regulatory compliance experience working inhouse at an asset management or compliance consulting.
