Key requirements:

• Handle new/ revised regulations, including gap analysis.
• Development of policies and procedures.
• Putting in place necessary controls with relevant stakeholders, such as guidance, checklist, etc. and monitor implementation.
• Provide advisory to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide training to relevant stakeholders.
• Carry out remediation work. Among the regulatory areas/ remediation work include FEN, AB&C, CRS and FATCA, Management of Customer Information and Permitted Disclosure, and potentially In-sourcing, Outsourcing, New Products, etc.
• Coordinate and attend to regional or Parent Bank Compliance or Audit as well as regulators inspection and work on remedial measures where required.
• Other projects as requested by Management such as insourcing project
