VP, Credit Administration

The Company

Our client is a leading Chinese corporate bank in Hong Kong, and they are currently looking for a Credit Administration VP to join the expanding team.

The Role

* Coordinate legal documents by preparing facility documents, coordinating internal review and approvals on negotiation, reviewing client constitutional documents, conditions precedent and conditions subsequent
* Perform pipeline management and reporting
* Handle credit limit and collateral monitoring
* Prepare periodic credit reports for management review
* Participate in ad-hoc projects or perform other duties assigned by supervisors from time to time

Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree holder
* Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate and commercial credit administration within the baking industry
