**Job description**

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, Cross Border Governance and Commercialization.**

As a Cross Border Enablement & Governance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring HSBC’s cross-border activities are compliant, well-governed, efficiently executed and commercialized. You will drive the implementation of cross-border controls, oversee international onboarding journeys, and provide risk and compliance oversight. This role requires strong stakeholder management, attention to regulatory detail, and a collaborative approach to enable seamless cross-border business operations.
