**Job Summary and Qualifications**

This position establishes strategic direction for Performance Solutions Custom Contracting, leads execution of the work plan to deliver unparalleled value for HealthTrust members while supporting the portfolio, and drives flawless execution of business objectives.

Specifically, this executive is responsible for overseeing the custom contracting activities on behalf of clients within Performance Solutions by subject matter (i.e. commercial services, purchased services, and medical device).
