The Role

The VP, Customer Experience is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously elevating the Science & Humans experience across every touchpoint, from first consultation to long-term care. You will sit at the intersection of clinical operations, digital product, and customer success, ensuring that every patient and B2B partner feels genuinely supported, clinically confident, and loyal to the brand.
