VP, Customer Value & Private Banking Strategy

SupportFinity™ is seeking a VP & Head of Customer Value Proposition to lead strategic initiatives within the Global Private Banking sector at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB). The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on change management and team leadership.

You will drive business initiatives, ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders, and identify key business challenges. A degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Administration is essential.
