• Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of clients, building new and manipulating existing financial models
• Lead M&A and financing transaction structuring and execution, coordinating due diligence, preparing and reviewing analysis, and presenting recommendations to clients and colleagues
• Generate pitch ideas, conduct market and financial research, and lead the development of analysis and presentations
