Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Build and support a highly available, reliable, secure and recoverable IT infrastructure and platform that complies to the Bank’s and regulatory requirements.
  • Install, upgrade and maintain Windows Server, VMware products and third party software.
  • Install hardware and software.
  • Implement and review hardening of servers and systems to Bank’s standards.
  • Maintain and set up file systems.
  • Resolve software problems with operating systems or third party products.
  • Maintain Anti-Malware/Virus System.
  • Perform file system and database backups and restores.
  • Setup guidelines and processes to enhance current work activity.
  • Monitor performance.
  • Maintain system security and compliance.
  • Manage configuration.
  • Implement DR plan and participate in DR exercise.
