**What You’ll Do**
The Commercial Legal team is a strategic partner to Teradata’s global go-to-market organization, enabling the company to transact with speed, confidence, and integrity across every market we operate in. We work closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue, and cross-functional stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial and technology agreements—from enterprise SaaS and cloud platform deals to strategic alliances and public sector contracting.
