VP Legal

**Descripción del trabajo:**

+ Provides a full range of legal advice and services. Responsibilities are within the Legal Function as a generalist or in a combination of different legal disciplines, such as, Corporate, environment, Compliance, Labor, Incident Management Team , regulatory, litigation in criminal and civil, etc.
+ Participate as a full member of the Mexico Leadership Team (“MLT”) to influence overall business unit strategy. Advise the MLT on all legal issues including government regulations, and legal requirements for doing business in Mexico.
+ Report into the Mexico Business Unit President and the SVP Legal for KDP corporate.
+ Responsibility in Compliance matters, working together with our corporate compliance function in Speaking Up complaints, Code of Conduct, Policies, FCPA certification and related issues. Lead the local Incident Management Team
