**Job Overview:**

**The** **Vice President, M&A and Corporate Development** will be a senior enterprise finance and strategy leader responsible for shaping and executing the future Beverage Co’s inorganic growth agenda, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments, partnerships and joint ventures. This role partners closely with Beverage Co’s CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and business leaders to identify, evaluate, and execute transactions that advance the company’s long‑term strategy and value creation objectives.


This position combines deep transactional expertise with enterprise‑level strategic leadership. The VP, M&A and Corporate Development leads end‑to‑end corporate development activities—from acquisition strategy and target identification through diligence, valuation, negotiation, signing, and closing—while also contributing to broader corporate strategy development, industry analysis, and Board‑level decision support.
