The Mandatory Trade Desk Buyer is a Capital Markets function that facilitates the pricing, bidding and locking of loans for the Correspondent Lending Channel. Key responsibilities include…
High frequency execution of bulk bids
Dynamically calculate and apply loan level mortgage pricing to facilitate the purchase of loans from our Correspondent customers
Troubleshooting and writing complex MS Excel formulae
Mandatory commitment management including pair offs, extensions and rolls
Enhancements of pricing and reporting tools often using MS Excel and MS Access (VB & SQL at times)
Create reports that provide insight to our competitive positioning/trends to senior management
Communicate mandatory pricing mechanics to developers helping to improve pricing tools
A primary point of contact for our Correspondent customers for pricing and Secondary Marketing related subject matter
