VP, OBPM Pak

Leading and Managing OBPM deployments for the bank. Participate in the ongoing core banking transformation, acting as a bridge between business & tech, and driving implementation/integration of Oracle Banking Payments for various channels. 

Required deep techno-functional expertise, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance (IFRS, etc.), and managing large-scale projects and Post Go Live Support with UAT, cutovers, and data migration. This is a senior role focused on delivering and managing  large-scale digital and core banking enhancements / Platforms often in a hybrid Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities 
Strategy & Leadership: Serve as a strategic technical/functional lead, driving vision for modernization, data/channel integration.
Project Delivery: Manage lifecycle from requirements to go-live, overseeing testing (SIT/UAT), cutovers, data migration, and stabilization.
