VP Of Commercial Performance, Data Intelligence & Analytics

Salary: Circa £140,000 per annum, plus £9,000 allowance, and 20% bonus earning opportunity.

Office Location: Woking (GU21 5BH) or Stoke on Trent (ST4 2HX). Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the office, 2 days from home. Contract: Full‑time, Permanent 37.5 hours per week.

About The Role

As VP, you will be the enterprise leader responsible for driving commercial excellence, revenue growth, advanced analytics, and strategic insight across Acosta Europe. You will modernise our commercial systems, elevate our data and insights capabilities, and embed a culture of evidence‑based decision‑making across the organisation.

You will work cross‑functionally alongside Sales, Client Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Technology to bring clarity, insight, and commercial rigour to the way we serve clients and grow the business.
