Duties and Responsibilities of the VP of Dietitian:Ensure all dietary services meet state and federal regulations (e.g., CMS, DOH). Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions related to nutrition services Supervise and support facility-level Dietary Managers and Registered Dietitians. Lead hiring, training, and performance reviews for dietary teams across all facilities. Managing dietary teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing comprehensive meal programs aligned with patient care plans.
