 People & Cultural Leadership  
Team Scaling & Talent Management:  Drive the recruitment, hiring, and retention strategy to build a world-class, diverse engineering organization capable of scaling with the platform. 
Leadership Development:  Mentor and manage senior engineering leaders (Directors, Managers), empowering them to lead their own teams effectively. 
Culture Definition:  Define, foster, and protect a high-performance engineering culture that prizes technical excellence, developer empathy, ownership, and rapid iteration. 
Technical & Strategic Vision  
Technical Strategy:  Own the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap, ensuring the platform remains scalable, reliable, and secure across our On-Prem offering, SonarQube Server (SQS), and SonarQube Cloud, our multi-region/multi-tenant SaaS offering, while continuously evolving our analyzers.
