Overview
 Who you'll be working for 
 Indonesian investment company, founded in 2006, that has a diversified portfolio spanning agroforestry, energy and mining, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, commodity trading, and digital assets. 
 What requirements you'll need to be eligible 
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (Energy & Natural Resources Law is an advantage). Graduates from reputable universities are preferred.

15 years of experience in legal roles within the downstream Oil & Gas sector.

Strong expertise in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), regulatory compliance, risk management, and licensing matters.

Proven ability to advise on corporate structuring, financing arrangements, and strategic legal transactions.

Professional, well-mannered, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
