VP Procurement Toronto 200 – 230K The VP of Procurement will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a national procurement strategy that ensurespetitive, ethical, and transparent sourcing practices. This role oversees the establishment of purchasing policies, the full lifecycle of sourcing initiatives, and the creation of long‑term category strategies across materials, services, and trade contractors. The leader will develop procurement frameworks, policies, and processes that drive efficiency, cost savings, andpliance, while actively monitoring market trends, supply risks, and pricing fluctuations. They will collaborate closely with Finance and Operations on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and provide executive leadership with clear metrics that demonstrate procurement’s ROI and organizational value.
