VP Powerplant

. They are seeking an experienced VP Powerplant to join the Technical team in Dublin. This senior role will provide technical oversight and engine asset management services for a fleet of managed aircraft and spare engine portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Aircraft Transitions: Advise on lease negotiations regarding engine delivery/redelivery conditions and maintenance reserves. Provide technical support during aircraft transitions and review engine health data and boroscope inspections. Assist with end-of-lease financial adjustments related to engines.

Shop Visit Management: Review and approve shop visit workscopes and documentation to ensure compliance with lease agreements. Represent the company at shop inspections and evaluate material exchange proposals. Calculate maintenance reserve claims and identify cost-saving opportunities.
