Job Description

Responsibilities
 Test Strategy & Planning 
Define the overall test strategy (manual, automation, performance, security, UAT and required other type of test).

Create and maintain the Test Plan, including scope, timelines, resources, tools, and risks.

Decide test entry/exit criteria and quality gates.
 Test Execution & Control 
Ensure test cases are designed, reviewed, and executed effectively.

Monitor testing progress against plan and adjust as needed.

Ensure defect lifecycle is followed correctly (logging, triage, retesting, closure).
 Defect & Risk Management 
Facilitate defect triage meetings with development and stakeholders.

Assess quality risks and communicate their impact clearly.

Ensure high-severity defects are resolved or mitigated before release.
 Stakeholder & Cross-Team Communication
