VP - Rates Sales Specialist (Greater China)

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Fixed Income Sales Specialist, primary focused on Rates Derivatives and cash, to join the team in Hong Kong responsible for coverage of our Greater China markets sales business.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Responsible for covering institutional clients for Fixed Income products (predominantly Rates) with a focus on Greater China clients.
+ Develop and grow the current client base, develop strong partnership with our clients
+ Identify opportunities for the current platform and proactively drive the platform buildout for growth
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and development of service standards and goals within Securities Sales
