Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will lead the full lifecycle of large-scale real estate projects, driving value creation by integrating commercial strategy, design quality, sustainability and execution. You will oversee feasibility, investment decisions and project delivery while embedding ESG principles, carbon reduction and regulatory compliance at every stage.
