Job Description

Our client is a property developer which opens new businesses in the mixed use / retail related sectors,
Responsibilities:
Advising the Management team on project concepts, renovations and mall positioning strategy (prior to launch only).
Being responsible and accountable or all lease management activities in the community mall.
Determining the eligibility of prospective tenants, following government regulations.
Implementing strategies to maximize rental, occupancy, and proposals on tent mixes.
Meeting with clients to negotiate management and service contracts and to discuss the financial and operational status of properties.
Directing the collection of all monthly assessments rental fees, deposits, payments of insurance premiums, incurred operating expenses, and other charges and miscellaneous income.
